摘要 研究了TiO2纳米颗粒在共晶盐BaCl2水溶液中的分散行为,考察了分散剂的种类和浓度以及溶液的pH值对TiO2悬浮液的分散性及其稳定性的影响规律。采用TiO2粒子的体积分数表征纳米TiO2在共晶盐水溶液中的分散状态,并利用稳定机理对共晶盐水溶液中TiO2分散稳定性作了解释。最后获得了一种较好的制备纳米复合蓄冷材料的方法。 Dispersion action of TiO2 in BaCl2 solution was studied. The dispersion and stabilization of TiO2 nanoparticles in suspension under different pH values, dispersant types and consistence were investigated.The dispersion of suspension was expressed by the volume percentage of Nano TiO2 in BaCl2 solution.The effects of various factors on the dispersion stabilization of TiO2 suspension were explained using stabilization mechanism. A better method for preparing nanocomposites was obtained.
