The ideas and methods of specialized course system of ＂the fusion of two certificates＂ in auto inspection and maintenance technology is expounded. The measures to combine diploma education and professional certificate standards based on prefessional competence by means of adequate mechonism is explored. It is proved that good results of ＂the fusion of two certificates＂ system reform are achieved.
