原子吸收光谱法测定中成药中4种有害元素的方法研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:建立测定中成药中铅、镉、砷、铜4种有害元素的原子吸收光谱法,进而对中成药中的有害元素进行限量控制。方法:样品经电热板或微波消解,铅、镉采用石墨炉法,砷采用氢化物法,铜采用火焰法进行测定。结果:标准曲线线性良好,相关系数r大于0.999 8,加样回收率在93%~119%之间。结论:该法能满足微量分析的要求,可用于中成药中有害元素的限量控制。 Objective: To establish a method to determine and control effectively 4 hazard elements including Pb, Cd, As, Cu in Chinese traditional medicine by Atomic Absorbance Spectrometry(AAS). Methods: The samples were prepared through digesting on a heat board with electric energy or in a microwave oven, then Pb and Cd determined by Graphite Furnace AAS, As determined by Hydride Generation AAS, Cu determined by Flame AAS. Results: Good linearity of calibration curve was obtained, the correlative coefficients was above 0. 999 8. The standard addition recovery was 93 % -119 %. Conclusion: The method can satisfy the microanalysis request, and be used to control the content of the 4 hazard elements in Chinese traditional medicine.
