摘要
目的探讨微波电凝术治疗Ⅰ~Ⅱ期内痔的临床疗效。方法采用微波电凝术治疗Ⅰ~Ⅱ期内痔184例,并在疗效与安全性方面与勺倍注射液注射组进行对比。结果微波电凝组184例,治愈率、有效率分别为80.4%、100.0%;勺倍注射组300例,治愈率、有效率分别为77.3%、99.7%;组间差异不显著,无统计学意义(P>0.05);肛门局部不良反应发生率,微波电凝组与勺倍注射液组分别为0.5%与5.7%,组间差异显著,有统计学意义(P<0.01),微波电凝组明显低于勺倍注射液组。结论微波电凝术在治疗Ⅰ~Ⅱ期内痔中有效率高,不良反应发生率低,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of microwave technique in the treatment of Ⅰ - Ⅱ degree internal hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 184 cases of Ⅰ-Ⅱ degree internal hemorrhoids were treated by microwave and 300 cases were treated by Shaobei injection. Results The cure rate and the effective rate was 80.4% and 100.0%, respectively, in the microwave group, and 77.3%, 99. 7%, respectively, in the Shaobei group. There was no significant difference in the cure rate and the effective rate between the two groups ( P 〉0.05). The anal local adverse reaction rate in the microwave group was 0.5%, significantly lower than that (5.7%) in the Shaobei group ( P 〈0. 01). Conclusion Microwave coagulation is a method with high efficiency, low incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment of Ⅰ - Ⅱ degree internal hemorrhoids. It can be used widely in clinical work.
