高频电容场钳一次性治疗混合痔80例临床观察

Clinical observation on the therapeutic effect of high frequency electric capacity field in the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoid

目的观察高频电容场钳一次性治疗混合痔80例的疗效。方法将140例患者分为治疗组(80例)和对照组(60例)。治疗组采用高频电容场钳治疗,对照组采用常规混合痔外切内扎手术,外痔切除术,内痔结扎术治疗。结果治疗组总有效率高于对照组,近期治愈率达90%,总有效率100%。结论高频电容场钳治疗环状混合痔疗效好,是一种安全、有效、简单的治疗方法。

Objective To observe the therapeutic efficacy of high frequency electric capacity field in the treatment of hemorrhoids. Method One hundred and forty patients with hemorrhoids were divided into two groups. Eighty patients treated by the high frequency electric capacity field（the treatment group）, and 60 cases received routine surgical treatment of external disection ＆ internal ligation （the control group）. Results The general effective rate in the treatment group was better than that in the control group. The shortterm curative rat was 100M. Conclusion High frequency electric capacity field is a safe, simple and effective method for the treatment of circumferential mixed hemorrhoids.
