重组人生长激素对结直肠癌根治术后血浆蛋白的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究重组人生长激素(rhGH)对结直肠癌患者术后代谢、营养状态和术后切口愈合的影响。方法前瞻性地将82例结直肠癌患者随机分为治疗组(43例)和对照组(39例),治疗组手术后第1d开始皮下注射rhGH,对照组给予安慰剂,共用7d,分别在术前及术后3、7、14d检测血浆白蛋白(ALB)、前白蛋白(PA)及转铁蛋白(TF)水平。记录切口愈合情况。结果治疗组术后7d和术后14d的ALB、PA及TF水平均高于对照组(P<0.05),而对照组术后7d和术后14d的ALB、PA及TF水平高于术前和术后第3d(P<0.05)。治疗组术后切口愈合不良14例,对照组术后切口愈合不良24例;治疗组的切口愈合不良明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论结直肠癌根治术后的患者早期予以皮下注射rhGH可促进合成代谢、改善营养状态以及减少切口愈合不良的发生。 Objective To investigate the effect of recombinant human growth hormone (rhGH) on metabolism, nutritional state and complications in patients after radical resection of colorectal cancer. Methods A total of 82 cases of colorectal cancer underwent radical resection were prospectively divided into treat group (43 cases) and control group (39 cases). The subcutaneous injection of rhGH was admitted 1 day after operation in treat group for 7 days, and placebo was given in control group. The levels of plasm albumin (ALB), prealbumin (PA) and transferring (TF) were detected before operation, 3 days, 7 days and 14 days after operation. The condition of wound healing were noted. Results The levels of ALB, PA and TF were higher in treat group than that of control group 7 days and 14 days after radical resection ( P 〈0. 05), and in control group, the levels of ALB, PA and TF 7 days and 14 days after operation were higher than that before and 3 days after radical correction( P 〈0.05). There were 14 cases of poor wound healing and 21 cases with complications in treat group, of poor wound healing in control group( P d0.05). Conclusion The application of rhGH early after radical resection for colorectal cancer can promote anabolism, improve nutritional state.
