小儿哮咳喘颗粒对感染流感病毒小鼠保护作用的观察 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察小儿哮咳喘颗粒对感染流感病毒小鼠的影响及体外抑菌和抗病毒作用。方法昆明小鼠灌胃不同浓度的小儿哮喘溶液1次/d,连续7d,末次给药后4h经鼻滴入流感病毒,观察7d,记录小鼠死亡率,试验设病毒灵对照和空白对照;常规方法做体外抑菌试验;以Hep-2传代细胞进行传代培养,观察小儿哮咳喘颗粒最大无毒剂量(TD0)、细胞半数感染量(TCID50)以及不同剂量受试药物对感染病毒细胞的保护作用。结果小儿哮咳喘颗粒组感染病毒动物死亡率为100%,阴性对照组死亡率为0。在体外试验显示,小儿哮咳喘颗粒对肺炎双球菌和流感杆菌等多种细菌有明显的抑制作用,对流感病毒和柯萨奇病毒所致的细胞病变均明显减轻。结论小儿哮咳喘颗粒具有抑菌和抗病毒作用,对感染流感病毒小鼠有明显的保护作用。 Objective To observe the influence of pediatric asthma granules on the mice infected with influenza virus and to observe its antibiotic and antivirus actions in vitro.Methods Kunming mice were given Pediatric asthma granules in different doses through stomach at once/day and continuing 7 days,then influenza virus were given through nose at the 4 hours after the last administration.Then the death rate was monitered,and control groups of Moroxydine Hydrochloride Tablets and blank were set up at the same time;in vitro bacteriostasis was carried out in routine method;Hep-2 passage cells were subculture to observe the protective effect of the maximal non-toxic dosage(TD0),the infective dose of 50% tissue culture infective dose(TCID50) and other different dosage of pediatric asthma granules on cells infected virus.Results The death rate of infected mice in the Pediatric asthma granules group was 100%,while was 0 in negative control group.In vitro test showed that Pediatric asthma granules had obvious antibiotic action on Streptococcus pneumonia and Haemophilus influenza,and pediatric asthma granules could alleviate cytopathy induced by virus.Meanwhile pediatric asthma granules could alleviate cytopathic effect induced by influenza virus and coxsackievirus virus.Conclusion Pediatric asthma granules have antibiotic and antivirus actions,and have certain protective effect on the mice infected with influenza virus.
