将医用甘露醇注射液作1:3稀释,采用鲎试剂抑制或增强试验,检测细菌内毒素,并与家兔法进行对比。结果表明,该注射液经过一定稀释后,对测定无干扰。该法适合医院对甘露醇注射液中细菌内毒素的检测。

Medical mannitol injection,which was diluted 1∶3 using TAL inhibit or enhance the test,was used to detect bacterial toxins,compared with the rabbit.The results showed that the injection in a certain dilution has no effect on the determination.The method can be used in the detection of bacterial toxins in mannitol injection in hospitals.
