不同纤维品质棉花纤维发育过程中内源激素含量变化及与品质的关系 被引量:8

摘要 研究棉纤维发育过程中内源激素含量的变化,认识激素对纤维品质的调节效应,为人工调控纤维品质提供依据具有重要意义。选择新疆棉区4个纤维品质不同的棉花为材料,探讨棉纤维发育过程中内源激素含量的变化及与纤维品质形成的关系。结果表明:不同品种棉花纤维发育过程中纤维生长素(IAA)、赤霉素(GA3)、玉米素(ZR)和脱落酸(ABA)的变化趋势基本相似,其差异主要表现在IAA、GA3、ZR和ABA的含量大小及峰值出现的时间。新陆早16号在纤维发育前期有较高含量IAA、GA3、ZR和低含量的ABA,表现出纤维伸长速率较高,快速伸长时期较长;在次生壁加厚期ZR峰值出现较早,有利于棉纤维成熟,纤维品质表现较优。02-DB在纤维发育前期较高含量的ABA影响了纤维伸长速率和快速伸长时期,同时后期ZR峰值出现的晚,影响纤维发育,最终品质较差。 The study was conducted to investigate the effect of hormones regulation on the changes of endogenous hormone in fiber during cotton development ,and to provide a theoretical basis for labour regulation and fiber quality control.Field experiments were focused on the relation between changes of endogenous hormone content and the formation of fiber quality.The results that the variance trend of endogenous hormons in different verieties cotton was basically similar to each other during the fiber development, but the content of endogenous and occurrence time of the curve peak among four verieties were obviously different .The Xinluzao16 had higher content of IAA,GA3 ,ZR and lower content of ABA during prophase of fiber development,which showed higher elongation rate and long quick elongation time,the peak value of ZR appeared early during the secondary cell wall thickness in cotton fiber,it was advantageous to the fiber mature and becoming excellent fiber quality.The high content of ABA in 02-DB cultrval affected the rate of elongation and the time of quick elongation during prophase of fiber development,meanwhile,the peak value of ZR appeared late during the secondary cell wall thickness in cotton fiber,which influenced the fiber development,finally fiber quality became worse.
