前路经枢椎体至寰椎侧块螺钉内固定3例临床分析

3 Cases of Clinical Analysis about Pro - way from Body of Axismassa to Lateralis Atlantis Using Bolt Internal Fixation

目的探讨前路经枢椎体至寰椎侧块螺钉内固定术治疗陈旧性寰枢椎脱位的可行性。方法在临床上选择3例陈旧性寰枢椎脱位患者，根据术前设计好的螺钉进钉角度（外偏角度范围从11．2°±1．6°至28．8°±2．3°，后倾角度范围从0°至29．3°±2．9°），行前路经枢椎体至寰椎侧块螺钉内固定术。结果采用此术式治疗的3例病例均获得了较满意的效果。结论只要正确掌握螺钉的进钉方向，则采用前路经枢椎体至寰椎侧块螺钉内固定治疗寰枢椎脱位是安全可行的。

Objective Discuss the feasibility to treat old atlantoaxial dislocation by pro - way from body of axismassa to lateralis atlantis using bolt internal fixation. Method Select 3 patients with old atlantoaxial dislocation in clinic, according to bolt entering angle of preoperative design（ external offset angle range from 11.2 ° ± 1.6 ° to 28.8 ° ± 2.3 °, posterior slope angle range from 0° to 29, 3 ° ± 2.9 °） , go pro - way from body of axismassa to lateralis atlantis using bolt internal fixation. Result Selecting the operation to treat three patients can reach a good effecto Conclusion If handle the direct entering direction of bolt,it is feasible and safe to treat atlantoaxial dislocation by pro - way from body of axismassa to lateralis atlantis using bolt internal fixation.
