摘要
本文通过对头位难产58例进行回顾性分析，探讨了头位难产的识别、处理及预防。得出了胎头位置异常是发生头位难产的主要原因，及胎头位置异常的识别方法、处理方法以及预防措施。
The text analysis retrospectively 58 cephalic presentation dystocia, approach the discrimination ,treatment and precaution of cephalic presentation dystoeiao Fetel head position abnormality is the main reason of cephalic presentation dystoeia ,and the discrimination method,handle approach, precautionary measures are proposed .
