340例散居儿喂养情况及体格发育的观察及分析

目的观察纯母乳喂养、部份母乳喂养、人工喂养6个月婴儿的体格发育，分析其原因。方法来我院儿保的散居儿童采用1995年九城区正常体格发育的衡量标准进行身高、体重的评价。结果母乳喂养率不高，但母乳喂养的婴儿身高、体重达中’的多。结论母乳是婴儿最理想的天然食品，对于散居儿应象母子系统那样管理，及是分析母乳不足的原因，教给婴儿母亲一些方法，使部份不完全母乳喂养的婴儿可以达到纯母乳喂养，使每个母亲都知道母乳喂养自己的孩子，是每个母亲的天职。

Objective Observe infant body development of 6 month age using pure breast feeding ,partial breast feeding,artifieal feeding, analyses the reason. Method Evaluate the height and weight of scattered children using the measurement standard of normal body development in 1995 from my hospital. Results The rate of breast feeding is low ,but the height and weight of infants using breast feeding is qualified. Conclusion Breast is the most ideal natural food, should manage scattered children like mother - infant system, analyses the reason of breast insufficient, teach the mother some methods, make the partial breast feeding to pure breast feeding, make every mother to know that breast feeding own infant is the bounden duty.
