摘要
目的探讨胃癌急诊根治手术疗效。方法通过对16例胃癌施急诊根治手术。结果胃癌一旦诊断明确，如果局部条件及全身条件许可，则胃癌根治术是最佳手术方式。
Objective Approch the effect of gastric cancer emergent radical operation. Method Execute emergent radical operation to 16 cases of gastric cancer. Result When gastric cancer is diagnosed definitely, gastric cancer radical operation is the best operation if permission of local and systemic condition.
