农民建房用地管理的探讨——基于湖北省孝南区农户调查的实证分析

A Discussion on Management of Rural Residential Land——Based on Investigation of Households in Xiaonan District of Hubei Province

随着农村经济的发展,农民收入水平的提高,扩大住房面积、改善居住条件,已成为农民消费性投资的重要方面。以地处江汉平原的孝南区为研究区域,利用对农户的问卷调查资料,对该区农村居民点用地的现状特征进行深入分析,结果表明:该区农村居民点用地存在缺少规划、侵占耕地、一户多宅等问题,对此提出了加强农民建房用地管理的对策与建议。

With the development of rural economy and the improvement of peasants＇ income, it has already become an important aspect of peasants＇consumption to expand living space and improve living conditions. With Xiaonan Disrict, located in Jianghan Plain, as a case study, this paper uses questionnaires for farm households to analyze the current situation and characteristics of rural residential land, finding out such problems in the residential land of Xiaonan Disrict as lacking planning, occupying cultivated land, one household owning more than one house. Some suggestions to strengthen the management of rural residential land are presented in the end.
