摘要
征地区片划分是评估征地区片综合地价基础和关键,随着GIS技术的广泛运用,采用ArcGIS软件,利用其强大的空间分析功能和平台扩展功能,结合泰州市征地区片划分项目,形成了扩散和非扩散因素因子的作用分值图,加权求和计算了各评价单元综合分值,然后采用总分频率曲线法来划分征地区片并确定其级别。
Working out the area of land expropriation is the foundation of and the key to assessing land expropriation prices. Based on the program of working out the area of land expropriation in Taizhou city, this paper employs powerful spatial analysis function and platform extension of ArcGIS soft-ware to establish influence score graph of diffusion and non-diffusion factors and calculate the comprehensive scores of all evaluation units by weighted summation, determining the area of land expropriation and the grades by using total score frequency curve.
