我国城乡土地流转模式及其一体化研究

A Literature Review of Urban and Rural Land Transfer Patterns and Incorporation of China

土地流转模式在规范我国城乡土地市场建设中起着极其重要的作用,尤其在我国城乡一体化建设中,土地流转模式是其关键的结合点。首先从土地流转的内涵着手,通过不同学者的研究探讨我国土地流转的内涵以及集体土地流转的影响因素;其次综述了国有土地与集体土地的现有土地流转模式,分析比较了各流转模式的特点、适用范围等相关问题;最后,针对现行研究的重点问题,着重对城乡一体化土地流转模式的结合以及部分创新的流转模式作了阐述。

Land transfer patterns have been playing an important role in the urban and rural land market construction, especially in the incorporation of urban and rural construction of China. This paper discusses first the connotation of land transfer and the influ- ence factors of collective land transfer according to different scholastic studies, and then the transfer patterns of urban and rural land, comparing and analyzing the characteristics and the scope of application and other related problems of the patterns, and lastly the incorporation of urban and rural land transfer pattern and some innovative views.
