摘要
为了减少土地开发整理项目规划设计变更,运用文献阅读法、理论与实践相结合的方法,在对规划设计变更的表现形式,变更造成的不良后果及其形成原因进行分析的基础上,提出了思想重视、遵循技术规范和灵活运用土地整理相关原则等建议。
Based on the analysis of the characteristics of planning and designing variation, the unfavorable influences caused by such variation as well as the causes of the variation, this paper applies methods of literature review and theory-practice combination and puts forward such suggestions as attaching importance to the problem, abiding by technical norm and flexibly using related principles, so as to reduce the variation.
