摘要
通过对电子引线框架材料分析,及对引线框架的镀层材料的分析,设计了实用的弯曲成形模具。减少成本,利于加工,便于维护,延长寿命。这种设计思路可以借鉴到相关的弯曲成形模具中,而加工工艺方法对小型模具有着启发的作用。
Through analyzed the fuse frame material and the fuse frame coating material, designed a practical bending forming die. reduced cost,easy manufacture and maintenance,longer service life. This kind of design method had a certain reference to the similar parts forming die.
