摘要
分析了矿泉水水桶盖的结构特点及要求,研制了一种高效、可靠的水桶盖模具。详细介绍了模具浇注系统、冷却系统、型芯镶块及脱模机构的设计过程,并对模具材料进行了选取,对挡板厚度进行了计算,确保了模具的刚度及强度。该模具总体结构紧凑,动做可靠,经试模一次成功,塑件质量良好。
In this paper, analyzed the structural characteristics of the mineral water bucket cover and production requirements, developed a highly efficient and reliable injection mold. Introduced in detail design process of mold injection system, cooling system, eore insert and stripping mechanism, and die material on the selection, the baffle thickness were calculated to ensure the mold stiffness and strength. Die overall structure Of the compact, moving to reliable, the mold test was successful, the plastic parts had good quality.
