摘要
介绍了渗碳模具的优异性,特别是冷挤压成型工艺在塑料模具上得到了广泛的应用。对渗碳模具在热处理过程中的各种缺陷进行了分析,并探讨了减少和预防这些缺陷产生的工艺措施。
Introduced briefly outstanding characteristics, specially obtained the widespread application in cold extruding molding plastic mold. Analyzed some problems of die ＆ mold carburizing heat treatment process, and discussed process measure that reduced and prevented these problems.
