论对我国城市贫困群体成因及社会影响的思考

Thought on Cause of the Population of Urban Poverty and Social Influence

当前我国城市贫困人口问题是影响社会和谐的一个突出问题。总的来看,体制性矛盾是导致城市贫困群体问题主要的历史性原因;体制性与结构性矛盾是导致城市贫困群体问题的现实主要原因;导致城市贫困群体问题的根本原因则是社会经济发展总体水平相对较低。

At present, the population of urban poverty is one of the problems which influences the harmony of society. In general, the contradiction of system is the historical reason and the conflict between system and structure is the mean realistic cause. The fundamental factor is the relative low economic development of the society.
