摘要中国基本养老保险采取"统账"结合模式,这一制度的创新性值得肯定,但是也有必要认识到这一制度存在着调整与发展的必要。分析这一模式的制度性缺陷,通过研究瑞典模式的特点,提出瑞典模式对于我国基本养老保险制度的可借鉴性。 China endowment insurance system is ＂commonality and individual＂ pattern.It is necessary to recognize there is something to change though the pattern is innovative. The trait of NDC Plan gives us some elicitations about our endowment insurance system.
