Study on the Comprehensive Performance Evaluation System of E-Government

建设面向服务型政府的电子政务需要有适当的绩效评估机制,以保证电子政务建设发展不偏离轨道。本文以建设服务型政府为目标,讨论了电子政务综合评估的概念,提出了政府机构视角的电子政务综合绩效评估体系,包括评估主体、评估客体、评估思路、评估模型、评估报告使用等,以引导电子政务可持续发展。

An appropriate performance evaluation system of e-government is necessary for building a service-oriented government. The paper discusses the concept of a comprehensive performance evaluation system for e-government from the perspective of government agencies and argues for the need for an appropriate evaluation framework and proper data collection method.
