摘要 目的:通过查询古代文献,弄清牡丹皮的炮制历史沿革。方法:查阅从汉代到近年的相关文献,进行归纳整理和分析。结果:牡丹皮作为药物始载于《神农本草经》,历代的炮制方法很多,辅料以酒应用最多。结论:牡丹皮在古代应用中,生熟均有应用。 Objective: Through the textual research of ancient documents, to ascertain the historical changes of preparation method of Cortex moutan in different periods. Methods: Consult and classify the documents of traditional Chinese medicinal herbs from the Han Dynasty to the Qing Dynasty. to summarized and analysis. Results : The report of preparation of Cortex moutan was first found in Shen Nong's Materia Medica. There were many processing methods in ancient. Liquor is the main excipients. Conclusion: In the traditional using,the fresh one and the ripe one were both used.
