痛泻要方对寒冷-束缚肠易激综合征模型大鼠作用的实验研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:探讨痛泻要方对寒冷-束缚肠易激综合征模型大鼠的作用及机制。方法:将SD成年大鼠随机分成正常组、模型对照组、得舒特组、痛泻要方低浓度组、痛泻要方中浓度组、痛泻要方高浓度组。观察大鼠的粪便性状、颗粒数及含水量、血浆SP及VIP含量的变化。结果:模型对照组大鼠粪便颗粒数比正常组显著增多,P<0.05。痛泻要方组及得舒特组能抑制模型大鼠排便,痛泻要方低剂量组与模型组对照组比较P<0.01,痛泻要方中、高剂量组及得舒特组与模型组对照组比较P<0.05;模型对照组大鼠粪便含水量比正常组显著增多,P<0.01。痛泻要方低剂量组显著降低大鼠粪便含水量,痛泻要方中、高剂量组及得舒特组对大鼠粪便含水量的影响无显著差异;模型对照组SP含量较正常组升高,但无显著性,P>0.05,痛泻要方低、中剂量组SP含量与正常组比较无统计学意义;各组间血浆VIP含量无显著差异,P>0.05。结论:痛泻要方能抑制排便次数,减少粪便含水量,降低结肠动力,痛泻要方对寒冷-束缚肠易激综合征模型大鼠有治疗作用。 Objective :To discuss the effect and it's mechanism of Tongxie Yaofang on rats model of irritable bowel syndrome established by Cold - binding. Methods : SD rats were randomly divided into the normal group, model control group, the Tongxie Yaofang group (low, medium and high -dose group), the dicetel control group. Measuring feces particles of rats, the water content in fecal, the content of SP and VIP in plasma. Results : The feces particles of the model control group rats were significantly increasodcompared with the normal. Tongxie Yaofang and the dicetel obviously decreased the feces particles. The water content in fecal of the model control group was significantly higher compared with the normal group. The low - dose group significantly reduced the the water content in fecal, while the medium and high - dose Tongxie Yaofang group,the dicetel didnt ;The content of SP in plasma in the model control group than the normal group increased,but not significantly;Them is no significant difference of the content of VIP in plasma in rats. Conclusion : Tongxie Yaofang decreased defecation frequency, reduced the water content in fecal and lower colon motility, Tongxie Yaofang have a good effect on cold - binding model rats.
