摘要
糖尿病周围神经病变(diabetic peripheral neuropathy,DPN)是糖尿病常见的慢性并发症之一,也是糖尿病致残的主要原因。中医药治疗本病有其显著疗效,笔者从虫类药、藤类药和辛味药3个方面介绍活血化瘀通络药治疗本病的特点。
Diabetic peripheral neuropathy（DPN） is one of the common chronic complications of diabetes, also the main reason of diabetic mutilation. Chinese medicine treatment of DPN has the notable effect, and the author recommend the character of Chinese medicine of dispersing blood stasis and dredging collateral to treat DPN, such as medicine of worms species, medicine of vine species,and pungent medicine.
