加权法优化立血康软胶囊的制剂工艺 被引量:1

摘要 目的:利用正交实验优化含有混悬型内容物的立血康软胶囊的制剂工艺。方法:根据非牛顿流体的特性,通过对沉降比和黏度两项指标的测定,分别给以不同的权重系数进行综合加权评分,按照正交试验表L9(34)安排试验,考察影响制剂稳定性和流动性的3个因素的主次关系,确定出合理的制剂工艺。结果:立血康软胶囊制剂的最佳工艺为:药物细粉与植物油的比例为1∶1.5;蜂蜡与油的比例为植物油的15%,内容物细粉粒径为100目。结论:采用多指标的加权评分法能够全面的评价出立血康软胶囊的最佳制剂工艺,利用其获得的客观指标可以为工业化生产提供可靠的控制参数。 Objective :To optimize the preparation technology of Lixuekang Soft Capsule containing suspension contents by the orthogonal design. Methods :The orthogonal design was used to investigate 3 factors affecting the stability and fluidity of the preparation to establish the optimal preparation technology. The settlement ratio and viscosity based on the characteristics of the non - newtonian fluid were determined and given different weighted coefficients for synthetic weighted mark. Results :The optimal technology : the ratio of the powder and the oil was 1 : 1.5, the ratio of the beeswax and the oil was 3:20,the particle diameter of the content powder was 180μm. Conclusion :The synthetic weighted mark method can make an assessment comprehensively to the optimal preparation technology of Lixuekang Soft Capsule, and the indexes acquired by the method can provide reliable control parameters for industrial manufacture.
