仙鹤复方多糖纯化及体外抗肿瘤活性研究

Purification and Vitro Antitumor Activity of TCM Prescription-Xianhe

目的:对提取后复方总多糖进行纯化,进行体外抗肿瘤活性的研究。方法:采用热水提取粗多糖、天然澄清剂除蛋白、3%双氧水脱色。用MTT法进行体外抗肿瘤活性的研究。结果:实验表明纯化后多糖对体外肿瘤细胞MCF-7、Hep-G2、ES-2、JTC-26、S180、A549均有不同程度抑制作用(P<0.01),其中高浓度组对Hep-G2、JTC-26、S180、A549肿瘤细胞的抑制率分别达到80.2%、88.3%、83.9%、89.3%。结论:该复方总多糖对Hep-2、MCF一7、JTC-26、S180、A549肿瘤细胞有体外抑制作用。

Objective： To separate and purify polysaccharides from TCM prescription - Xianhe and to investigate its in vitro antitumor activity. Methods： The crude polysaeeharides was extracted with hot water and diseolorrated with 10% H2O2 , the protein was removed using natural clarifying agents method. The vitro antitumor activities were analyzed with MTT method. Results： The purify polysaccharides had different degrees of inhibitory effects on MCF -7, Hep -G2 ,ES - 2, JTC - 26, S180, A549 tumor cells in vitro （ P 〈 0.01 ）. The inhibitory rates of against Hep - G2, JTC - 26, S180, A549 ceils were 80.2% ,88.3% ,83.9% ,89.3% at high concentration. Conclusion ：Xianhe polysacchrides has a significance effect on vitro antitumor activity.
