摘要
中医"治未病"的学术思想起源《黄帝内经》,其含义一是未病先防,一是既病防变。"治未病"也体现了现代医学研究的指导思想从"还原论"向"系统论"的转变,对那些"亚疾病"状态进行调节,在当前认识的基础上,充分利用当前的治疗手段,对"亚疾病"态进行干预,防患于未然。中医"治未病"的学术思想对于肿瘤的临床治疗、预防复发转移方面均有十分重要的指导意义,即:癌症未发病前预防其发病;癌症已发早期诊治,综合治疗预防其复发转移。
The preventive treatment theory origin in Huangdi Neifing , its one meaning is treating disease before its onset ,the other meaning is preventing disease from exacerbating. The theory also reflect thought transition of medical treatment from reductionism theory to system theory, prevent trouble before it happens in regulating and interventing those sub - diseases. The theory is important for tumor treating and preventing tumor metastasis. Including three aspects： preventing cancer before its onset, early treatment for cancer, preventing tumor metastasis trough complex therapy.
