摘要
文中对非理想体系分离过程的仿真计算进行了研究,提出了用超理论级概念,实现其实时仿真的方法。该方法基于机理模型,故有较好的准确度、适用性。文中通过芳烃抽提装置实时动态仿真中所遇到的环丁砜-水-芳烃物系的精馏塔计算验证了该方法的可行性,并基于此开发了石家庄炼油厂年产12.4万t芳烃抽提全流程的仿真培训器,效果很好,表明它具有较大的应用推广价值。文中还介绍了芳烃抽提仿真培训系统。
This paper studies separation process with highly nonideal materials and presents a “superideal stage” concept to simulate the process in a realtime speed. This concept and technique is based on rigorous model and has a satisfactory precision and feasibility. By use of this concept and technique ,a dynamic realtime simulator has been developed for the whole process of the Aromatic Hydrocarbons Extraction Plant with ABB Distributed control system in the Shijiazhuang Refinery. Simulation system for the Aromatic Hydrocarbons Extraction Plant has also been introduced on the paper.
