摘要
对精馏塔塔釜排放的高温废水,采用俗称“大气腿”技术回收其中的能量与有机物料。即使用蒸汽喷射泵形成真空,使部分高温废水和物料闪蒸汽化,进入生产系统回收利用。该技术同时适用于各种化工过程排放的高温废水等低阶能源的回收与节能。在工业规模试验中验证了其正确性。该技术应用于年产1万t和年产2万t酒精的工业生产中,设备投资分别为4万元和6万元,而每年获得的经济效益分别为168.4万元和337万元。运行两年多来均稳定正常。
The energy saving and material recovery technology of the high temperature waste water discharged from the caldron of distillation columms were researched and advanced. The correctness of the technology and its theory were proved in industry scale test. In it′s applications in industry production of 10000 t/a and 20000 t/a edible alcohol,the equipment investments were respectively RMB 40000 and RMB 60000 and the profit,respectively RMB 1684 million and 337 million. The stable operation periods of the two applications are both more than 2 years.
