摘要
文中研究了炭黑(CB)作为填充相,聚丙烯(PP)作为基体相的复合型导电高分子材料的电热性能。实验结果表明,CB-PP复合材料具有明显的渗流效应、正温度系数效应和低场下的线性伏安特性。利用这些特性,可改善或调节材料的导电、导热和机械性能,制备开关材料和面发热体材料等。
This paper discussed the electrothermic properties of the conducting carbon blackpolypropylene CBPP composite.The experimental results showed the CBPP composites possess a lower percolation threshold,a notable positive temperature coefficient and a linear characteristic of currentvoltage at lower voltage.These characteristics are beneficial to improving electrothermic and mechanical properties of CBPP composites.
