摘要
本文报道了用二阶导数红外光谱法同时测定同一体系中乙酸钠和苯甲酸钠的实验方法。此法选用乙酸钠和苯甲酸钠的红外特征峰作为分析峰,运用二阶导数法消除两分析峰之间的相互干扰,从而成功地分析出这两种羧酸盐的固体混合物中各组分的含量,其相关系数分别为0.9848和0.9799。此方法操作简单,通过求导能精确地确定各单一组分的吸收峰位置,得到较好的定量分析结果。
The second derivatbe IRspectrOphotometric method for simultaneously determining sodiumacetate and sodinm benzoate is proposed. In this method, two kinds of salt are determinated by theircharacteristic IR peaks,and the interference between the two analyis peaks can be reduced by usingthe second derivative spectrophotometry. The correlation coefficients of so inm acetate and soduimbenzoate are 0. 9848 and 0. 9799 respectively. The method is sample and can be used successfully forthe determination of these kinds of carboxylate salt in their solid misture.
