摘要
目的探讨胰腺癌CT灌注和血管生成相关因子表达的关系。方法26例外科手术证实胰腺癌患者,术前行多层螺旋CT灌注扫描,同时检测肿瘤血管内皮生长因子,微血管密度(MVD)及缺氧诱导因子(HIF)-1α,探讨CT灌注与血管生成相关因子表达间关系。结果低分化腺癌BF、BV均值分别为(917.4±256.4)ml·min^-1·kg^-1和(130.9±44.1)ml/kg体重,明显低于高分化腺癌的(2728.7±360.0)ml·min^-1·kg^-1和(241.2±86.2)ml/kg体重。低分化腺癌MVD、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)和HIF-1α值高于高分化腺癌(t值分别为3.29、2.99和3.39,P〈0.01)。同时胰腺癌的BF、BV和血管生成相关因子表达负相关,MTT与表达无关,PS值与表达正相关。结论CT灌注成像对胰腺癌诊断有一定的临床价值。
Objective To study the correlation between MSCT perfusion features and expressions of vascular growth relative factors in pancreatic carcinoma. Methods All 26 pancreastic carcinoma patients were comformed by surgery. CT perfusion imagings were performed before operations. Expressions of VEGF, HIF1-α and MVD in pancreastic carcinoma were examined. Results BF and BV values of poorly differentiated adenocarcinomas were (917.4±256.4) ml ·min^-1 ·kg^-1 and 130.9 ±44.1 ml/kg sepratively, which were lower than that of well-differentiated adenocarcinomas (2728.7 ± 360.0) ml · min^-1· kg^-1 and (241.2 ± 86.2) ml/kg. MVD,VEGF and HIF-1α vuales of poorly were higher than that of welldifferentiated adenocarcinomas ( t values :3.29,2.99,3.39;P 〈 0.01 ). BF and BV had inverse correlative with the expressions of vascular growth relative factors, MTT has no correlative with them, and PS had postive correlative with them. Conclusion MSCT perfusion can do something help in the diagnosis of pancreatic cancer.
