摘要
RaneyFe催化剂是Fe-Al合金在经碱抽滤掉铝原子后形成的骨架结构催化剂。其在浆态相FT合成反应的试验中,表现出较高的FT活性和低碳烃选择性。由于RaneyFe特殊的结构效应,有利于助剂(K、Cr、Zr)较优分布于催化剂的表面上,同时还具备熔铁催化剂的耐磨性能和沉淀铁催化剂的高比表面(高活性),可以选择适宜的颗粒粒度,这给目前浆态相FT合成工艺过程中遇到的产物蜡与催化剂难分离问题提供了有价值的信息。
Raney Fe catalyst is a kind of skeleton catalyst produced from Fe Al alloy by extracting Al atoms.When it is used in the tests of slurry phase F T synthesis reaction,it exhibits high activity and distinct selectivity to low molecules paraffin products.The special structure of the Raney Fe catalyst is propitious for promoters (K,Cr,Zr)to be distributed preferentially on its surface.Also,it possesses both the property of attrition resistance of fused iron catalyst and the high BET area of precipitated Fe catalyst,so the particle size of the catalyst can be properly chosen.The investigation provides valuable information for solving the problem in slurry phase F T synthesis that the fine particles of the catalyst are difficult to be separated from the slurry waxes.
