摘要
论述了反应器的多功能性:反应器除反应功能外的其他传质、传热等功能。反应与传质分离、热量传递的有机结合是反应器开发的发展趋热,重点介绍了近年来发展比较快的周期换向操作的绝热固定床催化反应器、催化蒸馏技术、膜催化反应技术、催化反应的偶合及其相互有机结合的反应器。指出反应器的一种可能发展趋势与有关一种(或几种)技术的结合,利用反应器的多功能性扩展反应器的功能,实现反应-换热或反应-分离的一体化目标。
The multifunction characteristics and functions other than reaction,such as mass transfer,heat transfer, etc., of reactors are discussed.It is pointed out that organic combinations of reactions with transfer processes are the tendency for developing new type multifunctional reactors.An emphatic introduction is given of the multifunctional reactors and technologies that have developed rapidly in recent years, such as the adiabatic fixed bed reactor with periodic flow reversal, catalytic distillation reactor, membrane reactor,catalytic coupling reactor,and their mutual combinations.A possible development is to update reactors by taking advantage of one or more related technologies for realizing an organic combination of reaction separation or reaction heat exchanging with lower energy consumption and higher producibility.
