摘要
针对元宝山发电有限责任公司厂外输煤系统的试生产实践,探讨了带式输送机典型缺陷的原因及处理方法,对滚筒窜轴、带式输送机溜坡、液压自动拉紧装置缺陷、CST可控启动装置缺陷、输送带跑偏等问题的原因进行了分析,并提出了针对性的改进措施。
Based on trial-production practice of outside-plant coal conveying system of Yuanbaoshan Power Generation Co., Ltd., the article discusses the cause and treatment of typical bug in belt conveyor, analyzes the causes of some bugs, including roller axial flees, slipping slope of belt conveyor, hydraulic pressure stain device bug, CST controlled start device bug and side travel of belt, advanced corresponding improving measures.
