摘要 聊城电厂600MW机组1号机一直存在高压缸上下缸温差大问题,且呈不断扩大的趋势,对机组的安全运行影响较大。分析认为,造成温差大是平衡活塞汽封漏汽、阻汽片阻隔、插管密封薄弱等综合因素作用的结果。采取了改进平衡活塞汽封、拆除阻汽片、更换修理插管密封等措施,效果显著。 The problem of big temperature difference occurred in high pressure up and bottom cylinder of NO. 1 unit in 600 MW unit in Liaocheng power plant, and the situation is getting worse, it is harmful to the safety of the unit. Analysis showed that, this problem was caused by several factors such as the'balancing piston gland leak-off, steam block obstruct, weak seal of intubation etc. Finally, the problem was solved by improving the balancing piston gland, removing the steam block, replacing the intubation seal.
