摘要
目的:建立测定胃肠合剂(白芍、黄芩、大黄等)中芍药苷和黄芩苷的高效液相色谱法。方法:色谱柱为Ultimate XB-C18柱(5μm,250 mm×4.6 mm),以甲醇-水-醋酸(35∶65∶1)为流动相,流速为1.0 mL/min,检测波长为244 nm。结果:芍药苷和黄芩苷均在25μg/mL^250μg/mL范围内呈线性关系,平均回收率分别为98.12%和96.81%,RSD为1.16%和0.95%(n=6)。结论:本法可同时测定胃肠合剂中芍药苷和黄芩苷的含量,方法简便、准确。
AIM: To establish a HPLC method for determing paeoniflorin and baicalin in Weichang Heji (Radix Paconiae alba, Radix Scutellariae, Radix et Rhizoma Khei, etc. ). METHODS: The column was Ultimate XB-C18 (5 μm,250 mm × 4.6 mm), methanol-water-acetic acid (35: 65:1 ) as the mobile phase at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, the detecting wavelength was at 244 nm. RESULTS : The linear range was within 25 μg/mL - 250 μg/mL for paeoniflorin and baicalin. The average recovery rate was 98.12% and 96.81%, respectively. RSD was 1.16% and 0.95% (n =6) respectively. CONCLUSION: The method is simple and accurate. It can be used to determine the contents of paeoniflorin and baicalin in Weichang Heji meantime.
