摘要
以酸性大红GR、酸性黑ATT和酸性橙Ⅱ为染色试剂,选取染色温度、染液pH值、固色剂和均染剂的质量分数为工艺参数,进行意杨单板染色试验和颜色坚牢度测定。结果表明:在本试验条件下,温度为80℃、pH6.5时,颜色坚牢度最大;固色剂质量分数0.1%时可达到较好的固色效果;均染剂质量分数为1.0%时颜色坚牢度较好。
An experiment was designed to investigate the color fastness of poplar veneer after being dyed with acid red GR, acid black ATT, and acid orange Ⅱ. It was found that the following factors involving the dying solution had a considerable effect on color fastness: temperature, pH value, concentration, and addition of a fixing agent. Results showed that the optimal processing parameters for dying poplar veneer were: temperature at 80 ℃, pH 6.5, fixing agent 0. 1%, and dyeing agent 1.0 %.
