摘要
从升降系统的控制原理、系统设计、触摸屏画面设计、程序设计等方面,阐述了应用PLC结合变频调速技术,加上旋转编码器作位置反馈,实现精确定位控制的方法,并分析和评估控制系统的定位精度以及实现砂光机升降精确定位控制的可行性,为在国内同类设备中的应用提供借鉴。
Consistence in the thickness of wood products after sanding plays an import role in determining the product appearance and value. A programmable logical controller (PLC) with frequency conversion was used in this study to improve the localized position control of a wood sanding machine. The detailed design and control systems were described. The feasibility of applying the position control, and localized precision control system, in industrial plants was analyzed and evaluated. The result showed the potential of commercialization of this position control system for wood sanding machines.
