The distribution behaviour of lactate dehydrogenase and bovine serum albumin in the liquid solid extraction system of Tween80 (NH 4) 2SO 4 H 2O was investigated.The effect of pH and (NH 4) 2SO 4 concentration on the E of the enzyme and the protein was given in detail.The experimental results indicate that in the specified condition,lactate dehydrogenase remains in the aqueous phase and a large fraction of other proteins were extracted into the solid phase.This system was applied to the separation and purification of lactate dehydrogenase from rabbit muscle.The purification fold is 1.8,and recovery is 80%.
