摘要
在制备铜系低变催化剂的过程中,用不同方法添加一定量的碱金属,然后在低变活性检测装置上考察碱金属对铜系低变催化剂稳定性、活性和选择性的影响。结果表明,该碱金属对低变催化剂的选择性有显著的影响,即甲醇的生成量明显降低;且其掺加量在一定范围内时,对铜系低变催化剂的活性和选择性影响不大,而对催化剂的强度影响较大。
A certain quantity of alkali metal is added by different methods in preparation of copper low temperature shift catalysts, and then influences of the alkali metal on the stability, activity and selectivity of the catalysts are investigated with the low temperature shift activity test device. The results show that the alkali metal has apparent effect on the selectivity of low temperature shift catalyst, that is, the production quantity of methanol is apparently reduced, when the content of the alkali metal is in the certain range, its influence on the activity and selectivity is slight, but the influence on the intensity is considerable.
