摘要
根据等离子体化学反应的特点,应用射频辉光放电,研究了T型、Y型和夹套型反应器对低压条件下N_2+H_2转化反应的影响。结果显示,T_Ⅱ型反应器是射频等离子体氨合成反应相对有利的反应器。
According to the characteristic of plasma reactions, radio frequency discharge is used, and the effect of the five type reactors on the synthesis of ammonia under radio frequency plasma are researched. The results show that the TⅡ type reactor is more favorable to the reaction.
