以水杨酸、甲醇和氨水为起始原料,经酯化、氨解得到产品。二步反应总收率78.5%,质量符合USP29标准。该工艺操作简便、易控制,工业生产稳定可行。

Salicylamide is synthesized from salicylic acid, methanol and ammonia, via esterification and ammonolysis. The total yield of two steps is 78. 5%. The quality accords with USP29. The process is easy to control and stabilized for industry produce.
