摘要 塑壳断路器传统的灭弧室结构已很难提高断路器的开断性能,针对此问题,对灭弧室栅片的形状进行改进,并增加不让电弧进入灭弧栅片腿部的措施。通过试验证明,采用交错放置一定形状灭弧栅片的灭弧室,并在灭弧栅片腿部粘贴一红钢纸板,能有效提高断路器的分断能力。 The traditional arc extinguish chamber structure of moulded case circuit breaker was very difficult to raise breaking off performance of the circuit breaker. Aiming at this problem, improvements were carried out for the shape of arc extinguish chamber grids, and added with measures not to allow arc to get into the leg part of arc extinguishing grids. Via tests, it is proved that adopting the are extinguish chamber with crossingly placed certain shape arc extinguishing grids, and with red-steel paper board sticked on the arc extinguishing grid leg can effectively raise breaking off capacity of the circuit breaker.
