摘要
利用可编程控制器PLC替代送料装置原有的电气动控制,对机械结构、气动传动进行了改进设计,增加了PLC编程软件及计算机与PLC通信等技术,满足了对送料系统的控制要求。采用PLC控制后,操作简单、容易,减少了很多日常的维护工作量,提高了送料装置的可靠性和抗干扰能力。
By using programmable logic controller (PLC) to replace the existing electrical and pneumatic control of the conveyor device, improvement was carried out for mechanical structure and pneumatic transmission, adding PLC programming software and technology of communication between computer and PLC etc. and meeting requirements for conveyor control system. After adoption of PLC control, it is simple and easy in operation, in reduction of a lot of daily maintenance workload, raising reliability and anti-interference of conveyor device.
