摘要
采用低温练漂剂DM-1361、低温练漂促进剂DM-1370和DM-1420对全棉针织物进行低温练漂处理。分析了这几种助剂的用量和温度、时间、双氧水用量等因素对练漂效果的影响；确定的最佳工艺为：DM-13610．3—0．4g／L、DM-13701．5—2．0g／L、DM-14200．5—1g／L，于70—80℃条件下处理30—60min。处理后织物可达到常规煮漂工艺的白度和毛效，顶破强力要比常规煮漂工艺好，成本下降14％。
The application of scouring and bleaching agents DM-1361, DM-1370 and DM-1420 to cotton knitted fabric at lowtemperature pretreatment was introduced. The influence of dosage of the agents on scouring and bleaching effect was analyzed. The optimal process and recipe of scouring and bleaching were settled： DM-1361 0.3 - 0.4 g /L, DM-1370 1.5 - 2.0 g/L,DM-1420 0.5 - 1g / L, 70 - 80 ℃ for 30 - 60 min treatment. The treated fabric can achieved conventional scouring and bleaching process of whiteness and capillary effect, as well as bursting strength was better and cost reduced 14%.
