摘要
本文对近年来方酸类药物的合成及用途等进行了比较详细的评述，开展了一些可望具有疗效的方酸衍生物的合成研究，并就方酸类药物的制备提出了新解。
おhe preparations and applications of squaric acid medicines have been reviewed.Studies on the synthesis of some derivatives of squaric acid that might have medicinal effect have been carried out and some new suggestions about the insight relevant to the preparations of squaric acid medicines were put forward.
