摘要
研究了碘代丁烷(1-碘丁烷、2-碘丁烷和碘代叔丁烷)存在下甲基丙烯酸甲酯在60℃、以丁酮或甲苯为溶剂的自由基聚合。结果表明,1-碘丁烷和2-碘丁烷对MMA的聚合无明显影响。而碘代叔丁烷对MMA聚合速率和分子量均有影响:以丁酮为溶剂时,碘代叔丁烷起链转移剂作用;以甲苯为溶剂时,碘代叔丁烷既是链转移剂又是链终止剂。
おhe radical polymerizaation of methyl methacrylate (MMA) in the presence of iodobutane in butanone or toluene at 60℃ was studied.The results show that in the presence of 1iodobutane or 2iodobutane the polymerization of MMA exhibits no obvious different from that of no any iodobutane.In the presence of tbutyl iodid,however,the molecular weight of PMMA obtained as well as the polymerization of MMA will be affected remarkably.In butanone,the tbutyl iodid plays a role as a chain terminator.However,but in toluene the tbutyl iodid inhibits the roles of chain transfer agent as well as chain terminator.
